The design element of adaptation works are all too often overlooked as long as practical requirements have been met. However, we believe that a space designed to serve very specific practical purposes should still be as beautiful and unique as a property with less well defined requirements. We all want to love and be proud of our homes.

 

We work alongside Case Managers and Occupational Therapists to provide our clients with architectural drawings and statutory approvals for their projects, ensuring that our clients only pay the fees that they are supposed to, and take advantage of any reductions or exclusions from fees available to them.

As well as providing our own designs and proposals we can also prepare scaled drawings of existing properties for OT's to work from, or we can draw up already designed changes into AutoCAD ready for hand over to contractors. We can also provide 3D visuals of how a space will look post-adaptation to help with decision making, change management and transitions.
